Product Description

When drilling, the YJ-T Hydraulic Damper is connected above the drill bit or the near-bit stabilizer, which will abate effectively the impact load caused by the drill string vibration, so as to lessen the fatigue breakdown of the drill string, to protect the drill bit, to increase the well-drilling speed and to prolong the service life of the drill bit. The YJ-T Hydraulic Damper serves the function of damping, which is realized through the volume compression (expansion) of the liquid spring and the damping action in the cylindrical orifice. As the volume compressibility differs in different types of silicone oils and the temperature and the viscosity of the hydraulic oil, the shearing force, the internal diameter and length of the orifice are in a close relationship with the damping action, the newly designed YJ-T Hydraulic Damper is adjustable in rigidity. Besides the consideration of the borehole condition, the engineering design and the geological design requirements should be taken into consideration and reference should be made to the basic parameters in the selection of the product in proper elastic rigidity.
